A System of Care

A System of Care is a program devised to bring different agencies, families, and youth services together, to create a service that is youth centered and family focused. NFusion is a program designed for children, youth and young adults between the ages of 0 and 21 who reside in Desoto County, who are currently struggling with emotional, mental, and/or behavioral concerns which have been going on for more than a year and who have been involved with other agencies (i.e. Youth Court, Mental Health, DHS, etc.) in the past.

Evidence Based Therapy Services

NFusion therapists are trained in evidenced based practices such as:
- TFCBT: (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) - which is a one-on-one therapy model that is focused on helping the youth deal with the effects of traumatic experiences.

Group Therapy

Targeted Group therapy to include individual that share similar mental health symptoms.
- Anger Management Training
- Parent Support Group
- Peer Social Groups

Case Management Services

Case Management is an array of support delivered by community-based, mobile Community Supports Specialist.

Peer Support

Services conducted by people who have had similar experiences with substance abuse and/or behavioral and emotional challenges which give encouragement, hope, assistance, guidance, and understanding and aids in recovery.
